The new Lim­ited Edi­tion Mini Baked Moon­cakes, made with in­gre­di­ents from Ja­pan, come in flavours such as matcha red bean, white kid­ney bean, chest­nut and pur­ple po­tato.

The Mini Snow Skin se­lec­tion fea­tures equally orig­i­nal flavours, such as white choco­late and yam, red wine cran­berry paste with Ja­panese yuzu and lemon­grass, matcha red bean, and ly­chee mar­tini and choco­late.

The ho­tel has also brought back its pop­u­lar Sig­na­ture Baked Moon­cake With Mixed Nuts And Ja­mon Iberico, which re­places the tra­di­tional Jin­hua ham. The re­sult is an ex­plo­sion of sweet and savoury flavours with ev­ery bite.

An­other hot favourite is the clas­sic baked white lo­tus paste moon­cake with sin­gle or dou­ble yolks.

Those watch­ing their diet can opt for the health­ier Macadamia Nuts And Low Sugar White Lo­tus Paste moon­cake.
