In­di­vid­ual pref­er­ences, ter­rain, and tyre-type play a role in find­ing the ideal pres­sure, but here’s a sim­ple for­mula to get you started:

STEP ONE If tyres are tube­less: Body weight ( kg) x 0.022 = x Bar If tyres have tubes: Body weight ( kg) x 0.025 = x Bar

STEP TWO Front-tyre pres­sure = x - 0.1 Bar Rear-tyre pres­sure =x + 0.2 Bar
