Sprint In­ter­val Train­ing (SIT) con­sists of short, eight- to 15-sec­ond flat- out ef­forts. After just a cou­ple of ses­sions, you will no­tice im­proved ac­cel­er­a­tion speed, im­proved max­i­mum speed, and greater ca­pac­ity to ac­cel­er­ate re­peat­edly. SIT also im­proves mus­cle fa­tigue re­sis­tance and VO2­Max.
