Crust

100 g but­ter 250 ml chopped mixed raw nuts 10 ml ground cin­na­mon Seeds from 1/2 vanilla pod 200 ml des­ic­cated co­conut

Pre­heat the oven to 175 °C. Melt the but­ter in a small saucepan. Mix all the re­main­ing crust in­gre­di­ents to­gether and add the melted but­ter. Press the crust into a pie dish and bake for 5-10 min­utes.
