What was your memorable moment on your special day:

For me, the most beautiful moment was after the actual ceremony. Knowing that I was now officially married to the man of my dreams and waiting for him to come to my family home to put my ring on my finger. I can honestly say, that has been the purest moment of joy I have ever experienced.

What advice do you have for other brides getting married?

Firstly, I would advise any bride to make sure she has someone or a team of close friends and relatives assisting her with the planning and schedule, it is so easy to forget or overlook things because you have so much to do and plan. Secondly, I would advise the bride to make sure she does a hair and make up trial before the big day so that there is absolute clarity with regards to what you want. Thirdly, enjoy the day. Accept that there are going to be some glitches, but try your best to cherish the day and make the most of it because it passes by so quickly. And finally, and most importantly, don’t settle for anyone who treats you like you’re ordinary.
