Taste buds stood tes­ti­mony to deca­dence as SA’s first-ever bake and wine pair­ing fes­ti­val. Cel­lar­bake@Ni­tida launched its culi­nary wings at Ni­tida Wine Farm in Dur­banville wine val­ley on Sun­day, 23 March 2014.

“Af­ter months of plan­ning and, prepa­ra­tion fi­nally see­ing our vi­sion come to fruition was in­cred­i­bly ful­fill­ing. Top ar­ti­sanal bak­ers gath­ered from around the Cape to show­case their sig­na­ture dishes paired per­fectly by culi­nary con­nois­seur and Cel­lar­bake Wine Con­sul­tant Michael Olivier, with Ni­tida and Môre­son wines.
