DESIGNED by Dennis Fabian Berman, one of the Waterfront’s signature architects, Canal Quays faces north to the Cape Town harbour and Atlantic Ocean, while the south façade faces Table Mountain.
In total, there are 72 luxury studio, one-, two-and threebedroom penthouse apartments accommodated in this nine-storey development.
