England’s Hartley out of tour to SA

England rugby captain Dylan Hartley will miss the forthcoming tour of SA and the rest of the Premiership season due to concussion, his club Northampton Saints says. Hooker Hartley was injured in England’s Six Nations match against Ireland in March and has not played since.
