For years the depart­ment of pub­lic en­ter­prises didn’t know what the gov­ern­ment owned. They have now iden­ti­fied 93,000 build­ings and 29,000 land parcels, and will make some avail­able for land resti­tu­tion and hous­ing. That should slake some of the thirst.
