Fishy payout

IT IS not just the ANC who wants answers to the R7 million payout to two city council employees.

I also want to know, and I am a DA supporter. Why are these two men leaving their posts early and being handsomely paid to do so?

There must be a good reason for their departures, so why is the council refusing to allow debate on the matter?

Has something untoward been going on and have these two been asked to leave quietly, so as not to embarrass the council?

If there’s nothing fishy, why are they being asked to leave when they have so little time left on their contracts?

The public wants and deserves answers.

It is our money, it does not belong to the mayor to distribute as she sees fit.
