Tell all travellers

MY ENGLISH nephew, wife and 4-yearold son are travelling to South Africa on SAA. At the last minute I contacted him to ask if he knew about the unabridged birth certificate for their child. He didn’t. Shouldn’t all airlines, and in particular SAA, make all passengers who book online fully aware of these regulations? His reaction was that if he had arrived at Heathrow and not been able to travel, he would never come to South Africa again. Nick Green
