WIRELESS PHONE CHARGING
Up to now, wireless smartphone charging has been available as standard in only a few high-end vehicles, but an aftermarket product from Snüg brings this tech within reach of more users. The company’s magnetic wireless-charger pad is powered by a 12 V or USB port and can be clipped into an air vent, with a thin metal plate affixed to the back of your phone allowing it to stay securely on the pad. Obviously, your phone needs to be wireless-charging enabled (Qi compatible). The unit is available locally from electronic and cellphone stores for R699.
