FOR THE RECORD
We want to apologise to our readers for any confusion caused by a subediting error in the article “The Truth about Retirement Reform”, published on July 20. The sentence “... so there is no need to panic. Cash in now if you are close to retirement” was meant to read “... so there is no need to panic and cash in now if you are close to retirement”.
We hope readers understood from the rest of the article that we were certainly not encouraging people to cash in, but to rather stay invested in their provident funds ahead of the changes to legislation next year.
