is Africa’s largest event in the music industry and is known for being the place to be to network. Held annually, it is attended by industry professionals from across Africa and the international music-business spectrum.
The aim is to discuss the state of Africa’s music industry and give musos the chance to meet, exchange ideas and opinions, and showcase their goods and services. This is where emerging musicians, technicians and industry workers come together. This year, Lulu Dikana, Nancy Vieira, Tania Maria and Isabella Novella take the stage as Divas in Democracy. Speakers will include Arts and Culture Minister Nathi Mthethwa, Christoph Borkowsky of the World Music Expo and Monica Newton, deputy director-general of arts and culture.
If you’re a muso, you have to attend.
