Ooh la la!
With everything from saltedbutter caramel nougat to candy cane artisan marshmallows,

Now this burgeoning business, created by Karen SchneidLieberman, just landed four nods at one of the UK’s biggest food competitions, the Great Taste Awards. Ooh La La creates Turkish delight with roasted pistachio nuts and real Bulgarian rose-water. Each batch is cooked slowly for nearly four hours and no gelatine, artificial flavours or artificial colorants are added. But the pièce de résistance is Ooh La La’s Callisons – a unique blend of ground almonds and candied fruits.
