What lies in the future of a man who leads a campaign of dumping faeces in public spaces, including government buildings?

Some would say a future in a jail cell. Others may suggest a courtordered form of community service. But Andile Lili, the man who actually led such a campaign, plans to be provincial secretary. And what would Lili bring with him to that office? Respect.

“The people have spoken. I am humbled that Cape Town’s people have nominated me, because we need an ANC that will be respected here,” he told a weekly rag.
