Horsing around

Uncle Gweezy is back, riding his old hobbyhorse of bashing the country’s judges. He previously singled out “counter-revolutionary Constitutional Court judges”.

This week he set his sights on the high courts of the Western Cape and North Gauteng, which he accused of being negative towards government.

Someone needs to point out that the courts are where the respective seats of government are situated. If you cannot challenge Parliament decisions at the Western Cape High Court, where do you go? The high court in Bhisho, perhaps?
