It’s a question that has bothered women for generations: When is the right time to start having kids and how many do you want?

Dutch scientists claim to have calculated the exact age that women should consider starting a family and even which age they must start at if they want a certain number of children.

According to Metro.co.uk, women who want three children, without resorting to In Vitro Fertilisation, should have their first child at the age of 23.

If three kids are too much, then the age of 32 is perfectly fine to start a family, the scientists found.

The team used data from 58 000 women to study how fertility declines with age.
