And now Health Min­is­ter Aaron Mot­soaledi is pump­ing R3 bil­lion into tack­ling the phe­nom­e­non of sugar dad­dies, who go by the un­holy moniker of “blessers”. Yes, it is a so­cial ill, but how to com­bat it? And who blessed Mot­soaledi with this lump sum?
