HOW TO EXIT GRACEFULLY

ALAS, ALL GOOD THINGS COME TO AN END. HERE’S HOW TO HANDLE THE MORNING AFTER THE NIGHT BEFORE

Cosmopolitan (South Africa) - - LOVE LUST -

1 Conduct yourself with confidence.

Get up and get dressed as though you’re going to work – don’t shyly dress under the sheets or in the bathroom.

2 Say no to brekkie.

If he offers, he’s just being polite – and breakfast does not a date make. He’ll ask for your number if that’s what’s really on his mind.

3 Exchange goodbyes.

Say ‘I had fun’ and walk away. Don’t hang around hoping he asks for your number – if he wants to find you again, he will.

4 Enjoy the strut of satisfaction.

The term ‘walk of shame’ is so 1999. So what if you’re wearing a sparkly skirt and heels? Own it!
