• You don’t know the mean­ing of re­tail ther­apy un­til you’ve shopped at Tokyu Plaza Ginza. You’ll ˜ind tra­di­tional crafts and sou­venirs on 13 ˜loors of shop­ping par­adise, and the eighth and ninth ˜loors are tax-free zones – score! Ginza has some of the best bou­tique stores and is a fash­ion mecca in Tokyo. If you’re an avid Hello Kitty fan there is an en­tire gift shop ded­i­cated to her. You can also take time out to re­lax on the rooftop gar­den (Kiriko Lounge And Ter­race).

• Be sure to pay Ginza Mai­son Her­mès a visit if you’re in the area. There is an art gallery lo­cated on the top ˜loor, with monthly ex­hi­bi­tions.

• You’ll ˜ind a great se­lec­tion of sec­ond­hand cloth­ing at Kinji, and vin­tage high­end brands at Rag­tag in Hara­juku.

• Shibuya Loft depart­ment store spans seven ˜loors, and stocks life­style and sta­tionery goods. The mas­sive Uniqlo shop in Shibuya is also worth check­ing out.
