Diamond Fields Advertiser - - OPINION -

AT ITS monthly meeting this week, the Kimberley City Council decided to refer to an already formed sub-committee the question of promulgating certain parking regulations. The original recommendation came from the Town Planner, Mr. J Jooste who had previously reported to the council’s Housing and Town Planning committee that as a result of a visit to Bloemfontein where he studied parking problems, and talks he had in Cape Town with Provincial Administration authorities, he considered it necessary to draw up parking regulations for the city as soon as possible.
