ALLEGED apathy on the part of the Northern Cape premier, and an anti-development stance by a traditionalist community group who want to retain their ancestral land, could see the Province losing out on a billion-rand capital investment in the form of a Hollywood-type movie set, possibly to the detriment of the country, as well as the small, impoverished community of Pella. President and CEO of Desert Star Studios, Rudolf Markgraaff, yesterday spoke out on his disappointment regarding the way the provincial government has handled this significant investment proposal.
