Since its local introduction, our eyes and hands have immediately gravitated to the marvel that is the Nokia 7 Plus. It’s a midrange phone that HMD Global (license holders to the Nokia brand name) is billing as the “flagship for everyone,” and based on our hands-on time with the phone, there’s a strong chance they’re right. This device has a 6” IPS LCD display with a 2160x1080 pixel resolution. This display is covered with a pane of “sculpted” Corning Gorilla Glass that’s both laminated and polarised. On the back of this smartphone is a 12-megapixel camera and ZEISS optics with dual-tone flash. There’s also additional cameras on the back and front boasting 13 and 16-megapixels respectively. Inside this smartphone is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 mobile platform with 4GB LPDDR4 RAM and 64-gigabyte internal storage with a microSD card slot that’s able to carry up to 256 gigabytes of additional storage space.
