45g liver spread

3 slices brown bread, toasted hand­ful crisp let­tuce

1 tomato, thinly sliced ½ cu­cum­ber, thinly sliced 1 chicken breast, cooked 4 streaky ba­con strips, cooked

un­til crispy

1 Put some of the liver spread on one slice of toasted bread, top with some let­tuce, a few slices of tomato and cu­cum­ber and add the chicken breast.

2 Cover with another slice of toasted bread, liver spread, let­tuce, tomato, cu­cum­ber and the ba­con strips.

3 Cover with the third slice of toast.

4 Cut the sand­wich into two di­ag­o­nal halves and in­sert cock­tail sticks to hold it all to­gether.
