Guests were served a three-course meal that in­cluded main op­tions of Thai veg­e­tar­ian green curry, stuffed chicken breast with spinach and ri­cotta with a red pep­per sauce or a beef fil­let with a mush­room and thyme sauce and vegetables. For dessert guests could help them­selves to mac­a­roons, crème brûlée, a mini cheese platter, choco­late fon­dant, citrus al­mond flake torte and straw­berry mousse.
