After canapés such as pa­prika pota­toes served in bam­boo cones with aioli (far left), the guests sat down for a mix of dishes that in­cluded oven-baked fish, roasted beef sir­loin, biryani rice and spicy fried chicken. Dessert con­sisted of fruit skew­ers, ice cream and wedding cake which was a stun­ning six-tier fruit­cake cre­ation (top) dec­o­rated with flo­ral fon­dant.
