The cake con­sisted of two parts, a three-tiered cre­ation in car­rot, Bar-One and tra­di­tional fruit­cake flavours, and two sin­gle tiers (car­rot and Bar-One) which were dis­played to­gether. It fit­ted in with the colour scheme, with cream fon­dant topped with a posy of ed­i­ble bur­gundy fon­dant roses and fin­ished with a crys­tal rib­bon fea­ture.
