DRUM - - Ed's Note -

HOW special an issue this is. In it we celebrate some of the men who are stepping up to be part of their kids’ lives. Not just financially – but in every way that matters to the little person they helped create.

Zakes Bantwini, Jerry Mofokeng wa Makhetha, Lloyd Cele, Da L.E.S and more share their insights on parenthood and why they’re determined to be good dads.

We salute them and all the other men who are helping to raise their kids in meaningful ways – spending time with them, teaching them how to respect women and helping them feel loved and wanted.

There’s that saying that anyone can be a father but it takes a really special man to be a daddy. So true. THE DRUM TEAM

ABOVE: Melting hearts and winning us over, Zakes Bantwini and his baby son, Shaka Madida.
