Stand up straight, put your arms next to your body and clench your fists, fin­gers point­ing out. Bend your arm up, then twist your fists to face down then back up be­fore low­er­ing your arm again. This move­ment should work your tri­cep, bi­cep and fore­arm. 10 REPS
