GET THEM OUT THE DOOR ON TIME
It’s all about learning and sticking to a routine that works for you and your family. Time is of the essence so assign 10 minutes to each task in the mornings – 10 minutes in the bathroom, 10 minutes for breakfast, 10 minutes to get dressed, and so on. Set an alarm at 10-minute intervals to keep things working like, well, clockwork. You might also need to consider cutting down on distractions like television, phones and other devices. A no-screens rule might be necessary in the morning.
