Thandi has been an airline agent for quite some time and never has she come across a client like the one she encounters on this particular day.
The customer hassles Thandi at the ticket counter, shouting and complaining about everything under the sun and using foul language.
However, Thandi remains polite, pleasant and smiles while the customer continues to abuse her.
When the man finally leaves the next person in line says, “Does that happen often? I can’t believe how nice you were to him.”
Thandi smiles and says, “Ag, it’s no problem. I took care of it. He’s going to London, his bags are going to Bangkok!”
