GAR­DEN SALAD

IN­GRE­DI­ENTS:

 1 Red pep­per Julien strips

 Halve a cu­cum­ber, cut in halve seeded

 470g black olives

 470g feta cheese cubed

 1 cup cock­tail toma­toes halved

 60ml salad dress­ing of your choice

Method:

1. Use an open salad bowl.

2. Start to make your har­den by as­so­ci­at­ing veg­eta­bles ac­cord­ing to their colour.

3. Pour over your dress­ing or let each per­son dress in on their plates.
