Raised by his par­ents and grand­par­ents he only be­lieved that life is just about love the there was no pain. From Mo­lati vil­lage in Tza­neen to stay­ing in Pha­l­aborwa Na­mak­gale he is Hanyani Tollen Mnisi born on 30 Novem­ber 1996.

WHERE DID YOU START SCHOOL AND AT­TENDED HIGH SCHOOL?

I started at Mlunghisi Pri­mary School till we moved to Pha­l­aborwa, then at­tended at Mhala mhala Pri­mary and I ma­tric­u­lated at Rele­bogile High School where I did science expo, sang in the choir and was a Ju­nior Ranger. I was also part of the RADS, which helped mo­ti­vate other kids. I was that kid who did ev­ery­thing and faced my fears.

THAN AF­TER HIGH SCHOOLS WHAT DID YOU DO?

Well, I reg­is­tered with UNISA for LLB Law, but had to drop out be­cause of fi­nan­cial prob­lems as I had failed to cover for my stud­ies and NSFAS had not ap­proved for that se­mes­ter. It was a hor­rific ex­pe­ri­ence. I then went and stud­ied Pub­lic Ad­min­is­tra­tion at Mopani Tvet col­lege, where I was crowned Mr. Tvet 2017.

WHAT IN­SPIRED YOU TO EN­TER INTO THE MOD­EL­LING IN­DUS­TRY BE­ING JUST AN OR­DI­NARY GUY FROM A SMALL VIL­LAGE WHICH WE ARE SURE DOESN'T EVEN TAKE THIS SE­RI­OUSLY?

I joined mod­el­ling be­cause, ev­ery time I looked at my­self in the mir­ror, I would say to my­self "You are the fu­ture Mr world".

HOW WERE YOU IN­TRO­DUCED TO THE IN­DUS­TRY?

I joined RERITE mod­els in 2015 and ever since then, even though I’m not part of them now. I never stopped mod­el­ling

SO NOW WHAT ARE YOU BUSY WITH CUR­RENTLY?

I am do­ing an HTS Coun­selling Lead­er­ship at Anova health and I am also on the 44 list of the face of Polok­wane, which will be held on the 30th June.

SO WHAT ARE YOUR BIG­GEST ACHIEVE­MENTS BY THIS FAR?

I’ve achieved a lot such as, be­com­ing a model, ac­tor and a poet, but I still feel there’s still more to come in the fu­ture.

The face of Sa­van­nah 2015 Fi­nal­ist, Mr Lim­popo Toy­ota 2nd run­ner up 2016, Mr Mopani Tvet Col­lege Pha­l­aborwa camps 2017 and Mr. Faith Lim­popo 2017/2018

SO WHERE DO YOU SEE YOUR­SELF IN 5YEARS TIME?

I see my­self trav­el­ing, on bill­boards and as my own brand as well as grow­ing my "Wear a Smile” cam­paign, which helps do­nate clothes to the needy.
