War­rant out for wanted fugi­tive

GINGINDLOVU SAPS ap­peal to mem­bers of the com­mu­nity to as­sist in lo­cat­ing a most wanted fugi­tive.

Sithem­biso Mandla Dlamini (25) from KwaHlabisa, es­caped from law­ful cus­tody shortly af­ter mak­ing his court ap­pear­ance at the Richards Bay Mag­is­trate’s Court on charges of house break­ing and theft in July this year.

King Cetshwayo Po­lice Clus­ter spokesper­son, Cap­tain Mbon­geni Md­lalose said they have ob­tained a war­rant of ar­rest for Dlamini.

‘Dlamini was ar­rested and charged for busi­ness rob­bery by Gingindlovu SAPS and he was fur­ther charged by Richards Bay SAPS for house­break­ing and theft.

‘On July 2018, the sus­pect and oth­ers ap­peared at the Richards Bay Mag­is­trate’s Court and man­aged to es­cape from law­ful cus­tody and all were re-ar­rested ex­cept him,’ said Md­lalose.

Md­lalose de­scribed Dlamini as dark in com­plex­ion, well built, and about 1.6 me­tres tall.

‘We ap­peal to the mem­bers of the com­mu­nity not to try to ap­pre­hend him be­cause he is dan­ger­ous.’
