Fairlady Bride - - Décor -

Langverwagt is a historic farm with atmospheric heritage buildings, making it the ideal setting for this look. The table needs to feel effortlessly elegant, as if you’ve been invited to a French country chateau for this celebration. (Almost as if everyone in the village had rallied and lent all their best family crystal, flatware and candlesticks to help the couple celebrate among those who had watched them grow up!) The lighter coloured linen serves as a great backdrop for the golden cutlery and candlesticks as well as the warm red, peach and coral flowers. Hints of mint and deep purple add some drama to the look, while the clear Victoria chairs add a contemporary feel and are another nod to the French theme. (As are the napkins, which are folded in a traditional French pleat!) Extra-large table (supplied by venue) Langverwagt. Stone linen tablecloth (R119,70 each to hire*), French runner (R36,48 each to hire*), cherry red napkins (R4,90 each to hire*) The Table Cloth Hiring Company. *All prices exclude delivery and collection and prices vary according to region. Shining candles, fairy lights, gold and glass combine with bright, warm colours to create a festive effect fit for a castle.
