NAIL IT!

-

When dogs spend time running and playing outdoors, hard surfaces (including cement and bricks) wear down their nails, keeping them short. For pups that prefer the couch, it will be necessary to keep their nails trimmed. Long nails that constantly touch the ground cause pain and pressure on the toe joint, and cause your pet to distribute their weight unevenly. This affects their natural alignment and can lead to injuries. Older dogs will suffer more. It’s not easy to cut nails yourself – rather take your dog to the vet.
