Having studied Psychology, it has become apparent that society has to deal with many psychological difficulties during this time. Sleeplessness, problems sticking to routine, poor eating habits, anxiety, losing confidence and attempting to stay grounded.
Your Mindfulness Journal is such a valuable tool we can use for months to come – I made a copy for my mom, which she uses, and mine is permanently at my bedside now.
