Having studied Psychology, it has become apparent that society has to deal with many psychologi­cal difficulti­es during this time. Sleeplessn­ess, problems sticking to routine, poor eating habits, anxiety, losing confidence and attempting to stay grounded.

Your Mindfulnes­s Journal is such a valuable tool we can use for months to come – I made a copy for my mom, which she uses, and mine is permanentl­y at my bedside now.
