WHAT HAPPENED THE ATTACK ON Gauteng safety and security MEC Firoz Cachalia and his wife, Nazira, at Emmarentia Dam in Johannesburg was once again big news in the newspapers, especially since there have been two similar attacks in the same area recently. Meanwhile, there was also concern in the Western Cape about a plan to collect money to protect the province’s farming community.
