THE ARTICLE UNDER “Something Els” in Finweek of 8 March has no point, or fails to make its point. I’m surprised that such assumptions, that have nothing to do with finance and show a lack of insight, can be published.
This kind of jumping-on-the-bandwagon writing is out of place in the magazine. Els has heard something vaguely, but doesn’t know what it’s about. I would like to ask the editor to focus on current financial affairs.
Would an article about how much money the State has lifted out of retirement funds through tax, which it’s now repealing with much publicity, not have been a better use of space?
