THABO MOK­GATLHA, CE of the Bafo­keng “pub­lic ser­vice” – the Royal Bafo­keng Ad­min­is­tra­tion – is a char­tered ac­coun­tant. A for­mer lec­turer at the Univer­sity of the North West (where he grad­u­ated), Mok­gatlha’s po­si­tion is cen­tral to the na­tion’s de­vel­op­ment am­bi­tions.

The RBA is tasked with ex­e­cut­ing the de­vel­op­ment strat­egy of the Bafo­keng.

Also ti­tled “Head of RBN Trea­sury”, Mok­gatlha rep­re­sents the na­tion in many of its busi­ness in­ter­ests. He be­came a di­rec­tor of Im­plats at age 28. A founder-mem­ber of au­dit­ing firm Mokua & As­so­ciates, he’s past CEO of Royal Bafo­keng Sports Palace and for­mer fi­nance di­rec­tor of Royal Bafo­keng Re­sources.
