> COMPANIES WILL be registered with a one-page document or memorandum of incorporation that will be lodged with the Regulator. Registration of a company name won’t be compulsory and names will be restricted only to protect the public from misleading or hateful names, as well as existing company names.

Once a company has a registration number it will be able to trade immediately. Only one person is required to register a “for profit” company and three people for a non-profit one.
