TOP BUSI­NESS­WOMAN Danisa Baloyi re­signed all her di­rec­tor­ships as the Fi­den­tia scan­dal reached fever pitch. Her ac­tion came af­ter her de­ci­sion to fight the Absa board’s de­ci­sion to sack her due to her as­so­ci­a­tion with Fi­den­tia, placed un­der fi­nal cu­ra­tor­ship last week. Baloyi cited sus­tained me­dia pres­sure and its ef­fect on her fam­ily as the pri­mary rea­sons for her de­ci­sion.
