NOAH ESTABLISHED Broking for Good as the focused channel to deliver on its corporate social investment policy. Says Ndlovu: “Over the past few years the initiative has grown and developed to ensure that we make a meaningful contribution and that everyone in our organisation gets to experience the fulfilment that comes with working towards the greater good of society.”

In 2004, Broking for Good partnered the Greater Good South Africa Trust, an innovative and accountable non-profit social investment broking and advisory organisation.

“This relationship ensures that Broking For Good accesses the expertise and services we require for responsible screening and selection of projects, meaningful funding and transparency and effective reporting.”

As a JSE member, Noah is also widely known for its annual Broking for Good Day, which has raised millions for social investment.

Noah is engaged in several in-house initiatives to facilitate and promote mentorship and skills development in the financial services industry. “Our goal of making a positive difference is highlighted by our staff recruitment, developmental and retention policies and strategies,” says Ndlovu.
