In an at­tempt to en­cour­age greater hon­esty in sub­mis­sions – and to en­sure im­par­tial­ity in the judg­ing – some new rules have been in­tro­duced. An elder states­man of ad­ver­tis­ing will be asked to over­see the process, to blow the whis­tle on false claims where pos­si­ble and au­dit the vot­ing.
