NEW TECHNOLOGY, a new attitude and a new logo have been launched by Cell C to its 7m customers. Now billing itself the “possibilities provider”, Cell C vows to put the “power in your hands by listening to customers“ needs. As “Customer Experience Officer” comedian Trevor Noah will act as their watchdog to ensure Cell C delivers on its promises.
The new 4G network will be launched city by city until it achieves 67% population coverage by mid-2011. With HSPA – a mobile telephony protocol – throughout its entire network (a first in SA), CEO Lars Reichelt (above) promises improved coverage, speed and reception.
