NEW TECHNOLOGY, a new at­ti­tude and a new logo have been launched by Cell C to its 7m cus­tomers. Now billing it­self the “pos­si­bil­i­ties provider”, Cell C vows to put the “power in your hands by lis­ten­ing to cus­tomers“ needs. As “Cus­tomer Ex­pe­ri­ence Of­fi­cer” co­me­dian Trevor Noah will act as their watchdog to en­sure Cell C delivers on its prom­ises.

The new 4G net­work will be launched city by city un­til it achieves 67% pop­u­la­tion cov­er­age by mid-2011. With HSPA – a mo­bile tele­phony pro­to­col – through­out its en­tire net­work (a first in SA), CEO Lars Re­ichelt (above) prom­ises im­proved cov­er­age, speed and re­cep­tion.
