A sim­ple so­lu­tion to re­duc­ing un­em­ploy­ment over the long term I have never read about is to con­trol the in­flux of for­eign­ers and run a vig­or­ous, con­vinc­ing and con­tin­u­ous fam­ily plan­ning cam­paign. Govern­ment must also stop pay­ing peo­ple to have ba­bies.

The prob­lems of in­suf­fi­cient wa­ter, schools, health­care fa­cil­i­ties, etc, would also be re­duced. our uni­ver­si­ties with their ad­mis­sion poli­cies (Thanks, UCT med­i­cal school!).
