VET­ERAN e.tv news­caster and cor­po­rate com­mu­ni­ca­tions heavy­weight San Reddy is the new MD of mar­cus­brew­ster, ranked by AdRe­view as South Africa’s sixth big­gest PR con­sul­tancy. Reddy has been run­ning cor­po­rate com­mu­ni­ca­tions and me­dia re­la­tions for Bri­tish Amer­i­can To­bacco and lat­terly has been a con­sul­tant to BAT in nine coun­tries. His PR ex­pe­ri­ence in­cludes stints at Brunswick and Bairds, han­dling clients such as Unilever, Coca-Cola and Soekor. He has also worked for CNBC Africa as La­gos bu­reau chief.

One of the 10-per­son e.tv start-up team, Reddy spent seven years with the sta­tion as a news an­chor and PR ex­ec­u­tive, cre­at­ing the com­pany’s first cor­po­rate com­mu­ni­ca­tions divi­sion serv­ing the CEO, top man­age­ment and in­ter­na­tional share­holder Warner Bros.
