The most ef­fec­tive op­tion sees the seven busi­ness func­tions be­ing bro­ken up into tasks and ac­tiv­i­ties within an or­gan­ised frame­work. For ex­am­ple, in mar­ket­ing, iden­tify the ac­tiv­i­ties that make up this as­pect of the busi­ness and al­low the child to im­ple­ment t he s e a c t i v i t i e s wit h s t a f f mem­bers.
