Tai­lor-made main­te­nance so­lu­tions are avail­able to meet cus­tomer needs. A for­mal agree­ment is made on quoted costs be­fore per­form­ing any ad­di­tional work on a cus­tomer’s car. The deal­er­ship will take care of the costs should any work be done with­out pre-ap­proval.

Clients are kept fully in­formed on the re­pair or ser­vice sta­tus of their ve­hi­cles via SMS or phone call. Cus­tomers are of­fered a mo­bil­ity so­lu­tion in the un­likely event that parts are not read­ily avail­able. Work­man­ship and parts on all re­pairs are guar­an­teed for one year.

Cus­tomer loy­alty is re­warded through ex­clu­sive of­fers made via mem­ber­ship of My Re­nault, where sat­is­fac­tion lev­els will be mon­i­tored on a monthly ba­sis.
